P.F. Chang’s is an Asian restaurant concept founded on making food from scratch every day in every restaurant.

Created in 1993 by Philip Chiang and Paul Fleming, P.F. Chang’s is the first multi-unit restaurant concept in the U.S. to honor and celebrate the 2,000-year-old tradition of wok cooking as the center of the guest experience.

Since inception, P.F. Chang’s chefs have been hand-rolling dim sum, hand chopping and slicing all vegetables and meats, scratch cooking every sauce and wok-cooking each dish, every day in every restaurant. We use the simple, time-honored tradition of wok cooking to ensure all recipes are made from scratch. Our recipes are purposefully simple featuring a few, clean ingredients selected for their flavor and nutritional benefits.

P.F. Chang’s new menu highlights its wholesome, scratch-cooking approach as well as Chang's very own recipes such as The Original Dynamite Shrimp, Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Cecelia's Dumplings and the Mongolian Beef, all of which are often imitated by competition worldwide. The new dynamic menu also introduces new dishes and drinks for your ideal gathering spot around lunch, dinner, or anytime in between.

At P.F. Chang's you are surrounded by artistic influences of Chinese and American cultures. In each one of our restaurants, you will see unique panoramic, hand-painted murals, depicting different cultural and natural elements, while several terra-cotta warriors stand guard.
