Incompetent Service and Poor Customer Relations—A Cautionary Tale
I hired Tick Tag service for a seemingly straightforward task—to replace some bulbs in my home. What followed was a disheartening ordeal that has prompted me to pen this review.
Firstly, their technicians arrived ill-prepared, lacking the scaffolding needed to complete the task. Despite repeated follow-ups, they didn't resolve the issue and seemed to forget about the job altogether. When they finally returned after 15 days of my continued persistence, they only managed to replace one of the four bulbs I needed to be sorted. Their reasoning? "That's what we can do."
