Nutrition, diet, and healthy eating are often words that no one likes.
Eating healthy doesn't mean you can't eat foods that are enjoyable and you can't splurge every once in a while. The secret is to control portions, control the types of foods eaten, and to watch those carbohydrates!
The first step in eating healthy is to change the size of the portions eaten.
Today, people don't eat a normal portion; some eat two portions, some eat three or more. In addition to changing eating habits and portion sizes, it's important to make healthy food choices.
