Dubai Offshore Sailing Club

Established in 1974, Dubai Offshore Sailing Club has been a key leader in promoting sailing and similar recreational water sports across the UAE region.

Dubai Offshore Sailing Club (DOSC) opened its doors in 1974 with no more than a barasti beach shade and a few sailing boats.

Since then it has grown and developed to host some of the best sailing opportunities in the Gulf. Throughout its existence, this non-profit making club has been run with intention of promoting sailing to all nationalities in Dubai and its environs.

The club is run by enthusiastic staff who ensure that this members’ club offers the best facilities possible. DOSC is also governed by a 12 member strong committee. Throughout the season, the club offers a range of sailing courses, racing events, themed nights and social events for its members.

The facilities include a club house with wireless internet, a licensed bar and restaurant, a lounge area to relax after a hard day sailing and the opportunity to watch the sun go down on our terrace while enjoying the al fresco dining.

The private beach and Tentola bar offers a quiet area for members to relax and soak up the sun while enjoying light refreshments. The Tentola bar is regularly used for social functions and events.

The lively social calendar also hosts regular events after races, feature nights, sporting events, weekly accumulator and much much more!
