I am completely devastated by what your Al Furjan branch did today. As a strict lifelong vegetarian for religious reasons, I have never touched meat in my life. Today, I ordered a Paneer burger and your kitchen served me CHICKEN. Because it looked identical under the breading, I ate it. This is a profound violation of my beliefs due to absolute carelessness in your kitchen. This isn't just a wrong order—it is a complete lack of respect for your customers.
