Pathetic Building Management, Extremely Poor Maintenance, No customer care

Hello, I'm the tenant of the Al Hashmi building in Warsan, Phase 2, International City, Dubai, which belongs to rocky real estate. I have moved to the apartment 1 month ago only. And still facing the same issue on the same problem 3 times since I moved. The building management doesn't pay any attention on their apartment's maintenance problems delaying requests for days! And after 5 days they send somebody who performs the job in the worst way causing the same damage again and again. They ALWAYS leave the apartment in a terrible condition which the tenant has to clean up as per the building ma
