Deluxe Holiday Homes (D L X Holiday Homes Rental LLC) is a DTCM licensed Operator managing vacation rental apartments for short term stay in Dubai.

Deluxe Holiday Homes is a proud division of West Gate Real Estate, a full service brokerage company established since 2005. Over the years we have built a trusting, and reputable relationship with our clients. In 2015, having already 12+ years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, we’ve incorporated DLX Holiday Home Rentals LLC, with one goal in our mind – to deliver THE BEST into holiday homes standards. Licensed by the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), in regulation with vacation homes rental Decree 41 of Dubai, our company started to completely manage and operate short-term and holiday home rentals in Dubai.

At Deluxe Holiday Homes, property owners can rely on us from A to Z in managing and renting out their properties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis – helping vacationers, and business people find vacation homes and short-term rentals in Dubai. Deluxe Homes also helps people who are on a budget to find cheap apartments in Dubai. The property was impeccably clean
The property was impeccably clean and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The views were absolutely stunning! As soon as we stepped inside, we felt a sense of positivity and comfort. I am already looking forward to returning in the future. Overall, it was an incredible experience! This place is definitely one of the top accommodations I've ever had in Dubai!

The apartment from Deluxe Holiday Homes was absolutely immaculate
The apartment from Deluxe Holiday Homes was absolutely immaculate, and it had everything we needed and more. The layout was perfect for our needs, and we especially enjoyed the stunning view. The only minor recommendations we have would be to make the thermostat adjustment a bit easier. However, these were minor details in an otherwise flawless experience. We would absolutely love to stay at this property again in the future.

Our stay was excellent!
Our stay was excellent from start to finish. We cherished every moment of our vacation. The home was situated in the perfect location for a family getaway, with easy access to both the beach and downtown area. The house was well-equipped and maintained in excellent condition. The description provided was accurate, and Deluxe Holiday Homes went above and beyond, providing valuable tips and recommendations for exploring the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Absolutely great stay at Deluxe Holiday Homes property.
Absolutely delightful stay at Deluxe Holiday Homes property! The cleanliness and tasteful furnishings were top-notch. The inclusion of two king rooms along with a queen room was a pleasant surprise. The well-thought-out floor plan and starter supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials added to the convenience. Plus, the mini view of the bay from the balcony was an added bonus. We would definitely choose to stay here again!
